These are the channels on Astro that are broadcast in SD 14:9 as far as I know (14:9 is an aspect ratio with the HD/widescreen source upconverted to fit the 4:3 screen. It can be easily identified by seeing a very thin bar on your screen, distinguishing from the 16:9 letterbox format where the top and bottom black bars are more bolder).
Ch 391 - KBS World (simulcast of HD version on ch 392)
Ch 616 - Cartoon Network Asia (in 4:3 when airing local advertising from Astro)
Ch 709 - Lifestyle Asia
